PRLog Terms of Service
This document is a draft for app store submission. Legal review is required before official service launch.
1. Purpose
These terms define the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations of users and providers for the use of PRLog (hereinafter "Service").
2. Definitions
- "User": A member who uses the Service in accordance with these terms
- "Content": Workout records, images, etc. registered by the user in the Service
3. Service Provision
- Provides workout record storage, retrieval, and sharing functions
- Features may change according to service operation policy
4. Membership and Account
- Accounts can be created through social login
- The user is responsible for the security of their account information
5. User Obligations
- Prohibition of acts that infringe on the rights of others
- Prohibition of registering false information
- Prohibition of acts that interfere with service operation
6. Content Rights
- Copyright of content registered by users belongs to the user
- Content may be used within the scope necessary for service operation
7. Service Use Restrictions
- Service use may be restricted in case of terms violation
- We may cooperate with relevant authorities when illegal activities are discovered
8. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for service interruption due to natural disasters or force majeure
- We are not responsible for disputes between users
9. Terms Changes
Changes to the terms will be announced in advance, and the changed terms will take effect after announcement.
