PRLog Privacy Policy

PRLog ("the App") provides workout logging and box (gym) community services for CrossFit, weightlifting, and fitness training.
This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use and protect it.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google
- Email address
- Display name (from your Google account)
- Profile photo URL
- Google account unique identifier (UID)
Information you provide while using the app
- In-app nickname (username)
- Workout records: WOD type (AMRAP, For Time, EMOM, Chipper, Tabata), exercise names, date, results, notes
- 1RM (one-rep max) records: exercise name, weight, unit (kg/lb), date, notes
- Box (gym) registration: box name, address, logo image, verification contact, SNS URL, relationship description
- Profile photo (if you choose to update it)
Automatically collected information
- App crash and error logs, device model, OS version (Firebase Crashlytics)
- App screen views, feature usage events (Firebase Analytics)
- Service access timestamps, app version
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Retention
- Upon account deletion: Workout records, profile, and box-related data are deleted immediately
- Automatically collected data: Crashlytics logs are retained for 90 days; Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months (per Google policy)
- Legal obligations: Data may be retained longer if required by applicable law
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the app. These providers process data only within the scope of their services.

We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access and correction: View and update your profile directly in the app
- Deletion: Delete your account via Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account
- Data portability: Request a copy of your data by emailing us
- Restriction of processing: Contact us via email; we will respond within 7 business days after identity verification
6. Security
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Firebase Security Rules restrict data access to the data owner only
- Only authenticated users (via Firebase Authentication) can access the service
- Google Cloud's physical security and data encryption are applied
- Principle of least privilege: only data necessary for the service is collected

8. Children's Privacy
PRLog is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their information immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance through an in-app notice or this page. Significant changes may require your renewed consent.
